About
I’m a journalist and digital content creator who breaks down big, complicated stories to help people understand what they really need to know.
πΊπΈ I grew up an “Army brat", which means I moved across the U.S. with my family and got to experience different parts of the country along the way. That upbringing gave me an early interest in the people, places, and issues shaping the U.S. and the world.
π I graduated from the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. In 2020, I packed my bags and moved to Israel, drawn by the opportunity to build my career at the center of one of the world’s most active news regions. Since then, I’ve spent the past several years reporting from the heart of the Middle East for i24NEWS, ILTV, and Ynet Global.
βοΈ My work has put me at the center of some of the biggest stories of recent years, from the war in Ukraine to the Israel-Hamas war, conflicts between Israel and Iran, and most recently Operation Epic Fury.
π± From the beginning of my career, I saw social media as an opportunity to share news, stories, and important information with my generation in a way that felt accessible and engaging. So, alongside my newsroom work, I started creating content for my own platforms. What began as another way to share the news has since grown into a career of its own.
Today, more than 380k people follow my work across social media, where I report, explain, and talk about what’s happening in the world and why it matters.
